Greeting Oliver Family! My name is Dr. Mitch Bailey and I am honored to be part of your family as the new STEM teacher. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math and your child will complete a lot of hands-on lessons in my class while I challenge them to think outside the box. This is my 18th year of teaching as I taught middle school Science and STEM for the past 14 years in Coweta County and taught 4th and 5th grade in Florida for 3 years. My STEM background goes beyond classroom experience and degrees as I served in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Warfare Technician.
My wife Wendy and I are both teachers and devote our lives to being the best educators we can be for our students, parents, and guardians.
